My sketch challenge Sketch 11

Here is this weeks sketch that I do weekly for the girls on crafters Companion Forum, If any of you bloggers would like to join in please leave a link to your blog on the comments section and I would love to come take a look.

All the papers for this card have come from Anna Griffin, The image is a magnolia stamp coloured with Faber Castell polychromos. The flower from my stash

I have followed the front design into the centre of the card, using the same image and papers, I have made myself a pledge to take the time to decorate all 4 sides of a card.

Thia is the back view, again I have used the same papers this time I used a punch to make the scallop oval. Just off to the NEC craft Show today to stock up on some more crafting goodies

21st Birthday

This card is for my future Son-in-laws Paul`s 21st Birthday, nice and traditional on the outside with a glittered 21 cut on my cuttlebug, The bubbly bottle paper came from crafters companion Occasions CD but inside it gets a little bit Saucy, these backing papers and images come from Fee J designs, she has lots of great CDs check out her web site Here

to finish the inside I added a happy Birthday tag and A key to the door.

I am sure this will make him smile when he sees the inside eye candy , not to sure about my daughter, I expect she will tell me off

Dandelion

I have been playing with my stamps again here is dandelion, stamped and coloured with polychromo pencils, the papers came from a funky hands CD, ribbons from stash

My sketch challenge 10

Hi girls this weeks Sketch has another twist. At the bottom of the sketch you will see some colour samples, could you use all of these colours on your design or a close to them as you can get

For the base card I printed some Pink petticoats papers onto some textured card stock.

I ran the pale pink card through my cuttle bug, A Green with blue and pink flower ribbon down the side, to this I added some Prima flowers in the shades on the colour chart.

The image is a whiff of Joy stamp coloured with Faber castel polychromo pencils

Pickles

Well I could not decide which stamp set I liked the most so bought all 4.
This is pickles, he is so cute, I coloured him in with Faber Castell polychromos pencils, 3 shades of grey for his body and two pink shades for his ears, then i put a little bit of glamor dust onto his ears, paws( do elephants have paws) and over the flowers.

Daisy & Dandelion

Just love these two from docraft, they are part of a new stamps, Decoupage and papers collection, just been looking at them in the new magazine, I can see me making a visit to the Range tomorrow to buy a few sets, well maybe them all.
These two were a free download on the docraft web site, I need a card for my great niece these fited the bill nicely
