new Baby Book

Here is the word book that I have made to welcome our first Granchild.
The Mum to be has been in slow Labour since Friday, So lets hope it comes today. as everyone wants to say hello. I used Funky Hands Word book CD to print off the letter pages, and took a letter from a few sections, I wanted to keep it all pastels and bright, because we dont know if it will be a boy or a girl

the cute images are from Pollycrafts and they are digital download stamp, i have a link to the web site in my side bar, These are called Moodles and they are so cute, I have coloured with Promarkers in nice bright colours

All of the embelishments were in my bit box.

So come on Baby come meet your Family we want to give you lots of cuddles

My Sketch challenge 20

Here is this weeks sketch challenge that I post on crafters companion Forum, Please pop over to see what great designs these ladies come up with, They have done some stunning cards for last weeks flower challenge well worth looking at you will find the threads here I still had quite a lot of paper left over from the previous card so decided to used it on this one

AS you can see I love to take the papers into the inside of my card, just added a few extra punched scallops

First ever SOL( scrap online)

well this evening I took part in my first SOL ( scrap online).
Karen gives use the measurements of card and papers that we need , then at 7.30 tonight we all scrap along together following Karen's photos and instructions, we don't know what we are making until it if almost finished and yiou can see it beginnibg to take shape, its great fun I really enjoyed it.

Surfing card

Its my Hubby's Birthday today, as he is a surfer there was only one theme that was needed for this card, so had a long search on the web for some suitable images that I could play about with in my graphic programme. Enlarged, streched and faded the surfboard images before printing onto pearlescent card, The camper Van image ( and we used to have one of these before the kids arrived) I took into 3D2 cardbuilder to make the pyramage decoupage, you can see the layers in the photo

For the inside, I again added the image from the front of the card, also added the surfing couple with the waves, and shaded the paper on the PC to match

Magnolia Challenge card

For this weeks Magnolia Challenge we were asked to make a shaped card.
I enlarged and printed a Funky fairy`s Mat onto card, then folded and cut aroung the edges, i also printed a smaller mat to go in the middle before adding my tilda and flowers

This week we were asked to use circles on the card , so got out my dots papers, circle punches and had a play As you can see more scallop circles on the inside of the card, also added the stamped sentiment
