Shades of Blue

Here are two more that I did a few weeks ago, just not got around to putting them on the blog
this one has blue Jasper and some Czech fire polished beads, they have a really nice sparkle when the light catches it

 This was my first illusion necklace

Red tones

This is one that I did last might, love the large red flat beads , my first multi stranded necklace.

Just inspirational Challenges

Hi,
sorry I am a bit late in posting this weeks DT team card, been a bit busy with mum and hospital appointments,
but here it is

For my card I used papers from Bearly Mine, love using Donnas papers, The image is sitting Amy from crafty sentiments they are also our sponsor for this weeks challenge.
The flowers I made my self, A lovely lady Penny Duncan makes and share the most lovely files for using with you Cricut , she did the file and video on how to make these last week, they can be cut in any size that you would like to fit in with your project,so  if you want to see how they are done pop over to Penny`s blog HERE.
She also has made some stunning Hibiscus flowers since she did the Rose tutorial , you will find that on her blog also

For the inside I had a play in MCS added a sentiment from Paulette and just layered onto some mirri card

Here is this weeks card for Just inspirational Challenges Blog, This week it was Anything to do with hobbies/entertainment/activity etc

DT Card

Here is my card for just inspirational challenges blog, You can find a link in my side bar if you would like to come join in all the fun.
I am a bit late posting just got back of holidays today, but the theme is fairy's or princesses

 the papers are Donna s from Bearly Mine downloads, the image is a download from charmed cards, love these pixie fairies, coloured with promarkers

 As you can see it is an easel card but the top of the card opens and here is the inside, again i have used one of Donna s papers

here is a closer look at the fairy glittered her wings with glamour dust, also sprayed the flowers with glimmer mist and sprinkled glamour dust over the top, the flowers were a Nellie Snellen punch.

Just Inspirational Challenges #6

This week over on Just Inspirational Challenges we were asked to use shades of purple and to add some sparkle and texture, here is what I have come up with.

 As you can see I have been making my favourite style of card again an easel card, The background papers are from Donna at Bearly Mine, I have used an MS punches for the Hearts and on the bottom mat, I just added a bit of gold ribbon, For the texture I add A tiny doillie   , the sparkle is on the hearts, and also a little bit of glitter highlights on the dolls dress,

 AS you can see in the photo above I have made the back piece a top opening card, the insert was done  in scrapbook artist, using Donna`s papers and some scrapbook elements that I have stored on the Pc

Just a little close up of the heart, I love this punch.

Well there is not a lot going on at my desk today, I have been working on some DT cards, So that's why they are turned around so you cant see them , one if for tomorrow and the other is next weeks.

You can see my brand new baby my ATG gun it came to live with me last week and I just love it, no more buying those little expensive tape runners, as Julia said on her blog,I have joined the big girls now,

New Look

I have been having a play and designed a some  new blog backgrounds and headers on both my blogs, Its been a while since I made the last one so I though I needed a change.
I found it hard to get rid of my fairies but thought they needed a rest.
