Another frame #3
Ok getting addicted to making these frames now, this one is just for me.
This was an old glass clip frame that I have had laying around, so I thought I would have a go at altering it.
I placed some Crafters Companion Peter Rabbit backing Papers into the centre and added a photo of our grandson Keaton on his little train. Then I hot glued some lace with a Peter Rabbit boarder onto the top, onto this I placed a topper, that is raised out from the frame.
I added another white feather, do love these I must get them in some more colours, the two large flowers are from my flower stash, I think I got them from wild orchid , but the blue roses are more made using Penny's cutting files, just hot glued a bow with a rose in the centre.
I am also entering this for crafter companion challenge
Altered Frame #2
Here is the second frame, Steph wanted blues, but I also added some chocolate brown tones, again I have made all the flowers, the roses are cut on the cricuit using sure cuts a lot and are one of Penny Duncan SVG files, she gives these free on her blog along with all her cutting files, she also does files for other machines.
Please take a look at her blog she does stunning Art, link in my side bar and in my first frame posting

Altered Frame
I have been busy yesterday altering a frame for my sons girlfriend Emma, She still hasn't seen it yet, hope she likes it, she loves pink.
Well it started out like this, plain and boring
Covered the frame with papermainia love hearts scrapbook paper, then mod podge over the top.
I added a few feathers and some of my hand made flowers that I did using some punched out scallop circles, I punch out 3 using an SU punch, Then put a brad in the centre to join them all together, then I spray each layer with water, get it really wet and scrunch into the middle ,spray the next two layers again scrunching into the middle , then do the same with the bottom layer, then i use a poky tool to gently open each layer, spay with glimmer mists and leave to dry, when dry they stay in the flower shape.
I have also made the roses using Penny Duncan's flower SVG files, If you follow my blog you will know that I cant stop making these flowers, you can get Penny`s file from her blog, THANKS PENNY you know I love them
Then I added some wide pink ribbon tied in a bow then made another bow out of seam binding that I coloured myself, using cosmic shimmer sprays, stuck to the first bow and wrappers it around the tails
Here is the finished frame
I added a photo of the two of them but she can swap it if she likes, just need to do another for other sons girlfriend, then i bet daughter will want one toooo, watch this space

Glitter girls Hearts
This is for my Mums Birthday next week.
I have again used the tall stories board but flipped it over to emboss the hearts, I liked the effect that I did with the tall stories card,( you can see it in the post below) by adding it to a larger one, so did the same with the hearts
The image is from MCS Deco Follies, the flowers I made myself using one of Penny Duncan's SVG files for the cricuitAlso printed out an insert from the same CD
Crafters companion Challenge

I am also entering it for the Crafters Companion Challenges
I have used Crafters Companions Beatrix Potters Peter rabbit CD for the papers and image, with some of the glitter girls cardstockJust printed out an insert from the CD to finish it all off

Tall Stories Art Deco Card
This card is for Lisa my sons Almost Mother - in- Law, My son is getting married in 2012
For this card I used my glitter girls tall stories board, love this board but don't use it as much as I should, as its a bit narrow when folded.I saw somewhere that someone had made a card by mounting it onto the front of a large card, so I thought I would have ago, and I just love the way it has turned out and can see me using it a lot more now, I might try doing the Heart book that's on the reverse side the same way.
I used silver mirri card for the back, A pale green pearlesent card for the front, the image is from Debbi Moore Art Deco Christmas, With some flower peel off's and a few white chrysanthemum for the centre
The inside was done using MCS , just added a Deco Frame to green shaded paper then printed it out on the PC

Hinge Card
I made this card for a swap on Creative Inspirations and Friendship forum .
We are all making hinged cards, I have lost my Mojo a bit since coming back from holidays so wanted to do something that needed me to put my thinking cap on, so decided to do a shaped hinge card.
This worked well to get me back into the crafting mood, lots of cutting, measuring, embossing with the cuttle bug, just what I needed , so much so that I have already stared another card, using one of the glitter girls embossing boards, so watch this space toomorrow
I cut out and embossed all the top shapes then stuck them onto card before cutting round the edges, I then printed a sentiment from Paulette at Create with TLC onto card, before cutting out the shape, layered it all up before popping in a brad for the hingeThanks for stopping by
