Love You

Saw this image and just had to play along.
How cute is she
The image is from Cheryl and is part of her colour me Challenge

She has been coloured in with Promarkers, The mat behind her and the sentiments I put together on the Pc using Craft artist then printed and cut out.
I then cut both her and the little dog out, layered both onto the mat with foam pads placing both of them just outside the mat, so bits of them were hanging over the edge.
This was part of the Challenge on Sassy Cheryl`s Challenge blog

The little Dog was a free digi image, It came from Here

This is the first side easel  that I have made, I quite like it.
As you can see in the photo below it leaves a nice corner that can be filled with flowers or other embellishments.
Flowers are from Orchid Crafts, sprayed with glimmer mist and sprinkled with glamour dust,  the blue leaves were punched.

Computer Easel card

This is for my sons Jacob`s 21st  Birthday on Saturday
The kit is from Paper Creator

The base of this card was printed onto Rymans 200gsm card, but any card stock that your printer will take will be fine.
The image sheet was then taken into my graphics program I use Serif Craft Artist  where I added the word art Birthday greeting.
This was then printed onto HP glossy photo paper.
If you don't have a graphics program or feel confident about using your PC to add wording to the screen, you could just use Peel off to add a greeting or name.
It looks just a good left blank

Then it quite simply cut out all your pieces
Score the fold lines with your score board or if you don't have one a ruler and embossing tool works just as well.
Fold into shape and add your computer screen topper to the top fold of your card with DST and your key board to the base of the card.
I have used foam pads to give a bit of depth and also the key board acts as a stopper for the screen.
Then its just building up the decoupage , I again used foam pads but you could use silicone or pinflair glue, What ever you have at hand
As this is for my son I have not added any glitter or extra sparkle, but if you want to add extra glitz do , make it your own

50th Birthday card

He is the card that I did for Hubby`s 50th birthday.
He has been a surfer for most of our married life, so a surfing theme was called for for this card.
Here is the front of the card, with an image that I have had on the pc for a while cut down the centre opening
Here is the card opened and before the centre panel drops down, just a simple happy birthday added to this
And now we see how it looks opened, a few more surf images in the background, with a lifebouy saying Jeff 50 today

As you can see the surfer is mounted onto some acetate and from the front it looks like he is walking in front of the card.
He has been to Tenerife and back so has gotten a bit battered on his travels, causing his legs to curl up a little bit.
Here are two photos of the Birthday boy Enjoying his Birthday holiday in Tenerife
The stunning view in the Back ground are of the Masca Valley, We hired a car and took a drive around the Island, We took some stunning views of this valley and mount Teide .
I will be blogging some photos of these later in the week
