First clock

This is my first attempt at making a clock, Not sure if I am happy with it, the next one I will change things a bit and make the images bigger.
You all know the feeing when you do something and it does not feel right and you cant put your finger on it
One of the girls loved it and has taken it off to her house, so it cant be that bad.
I enjoyed doing it and have a few ideas for some more, I have 4 clock mechanisms to use up.
thanks for looking

Tall Stories Art Deco Card

This card is for Lisa my sons Almost Mother - in- Law, My son is getting married in 2012
For this card I used my glitter girls tall stories board, love this board but don't use it as much as I should, as its a bit narrow when folded.
I saw somewhere that someone had made a card by  mounting it  onto the front of a large card, so I thought I would have ago, and I just love the way it has turned out and can see me using it a lot more now, I might try doing the Heart book that's on the reverse side the same way.
I used silver mirri card for the back, A pale green pearlesent card for the front, the image is from Debbi Moore Art Deco Christmas, With some flower peel off's and a few white chrysanthemum for the centre
The inside was done using MCS , just added a Deco Frame to green shaded paper then printed it out on the PC

motherday card #2

This is the card for my mother-in-law, again I have used the my craft studio Art deco CD, glittered the red beads on the hat with stickles you can see them in this close up photo
This is an A4 card I cut the front in half, did a bit of embossing using one of my keepsake boards, before adding my printed papers and image.
the sentiment topper I did in MCS, added a few flowers with a heart pin to finish, it looks a lot brighter up close, the photo makes it look a little dark.

mothersday card #1

This is the card I have made for mum for mother's day, love these art deco ladies.
The cd is from my craft studio and it is my favourite, there are some stunning images and scenes to choose from as well as quick cards if you are in a hurry
this is a close up of the card, I just added a few stickles to each dress.
I made an easel card, I just love them they are so easy to do, and look quite stunning when standing
