Wendy that's simply beautiful... I have NO idea how you got that woven lace effect around the edge but would love to know!! I love the soft colour combination of the pink and grey.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much hun for your great comment on my blog. so glad you like my butterflies! I agree, who can resist butterflies? You can NEVER have enough butterflies in my opinion. I gave it to my sister today and she was absolutely thrilled with it! She was really interested to hear about Sheba and how she cuts. It was passed around and everyone admired it, and then my mum said "My rhubarb is coming up really well." We all laughed and my sis and I loooked heavenwards - nothing like bringing us all back down to earth with a bump eh? she then proceeded to tell us it was doing so well because she'd put lots of horse muck on it. Honestly. Sis and I thought we preferred the butterflies!!!!!

ReplyDeleteThanks for your lovely comment, Wendy. Glad you like my experiments! It seems that we are both getting on very well with Ellis-May and Sheba respectively! Also, you wouldn't believe what FUN I am having with Inkscape!! I can hardly believe it myself as I used to think it was a horrible, impossible program lol!!
