The Card above is a parchment card, I like to use ribbon to attach the parchment paper to my cards, I find glue or double sided tape can some times show through, ribbon gives a nicer effect than using brads to attach the design
The second card I have used a brass stencil, I have dry embossed then coloured using chalks.A corner punch and lemon gingham ribbon to finish( my mum liked this one and has just pinched it for her friends birthday later this week)
